Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Our return and refund policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 10 days have passed since you made your purchase.To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within a specified number of business days. Please note that shipping fees are not included in the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account statement.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as refunds may take time to be officially posted to your account.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before refunds are reflected in your account.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are found to be defective or damaged within 10 days of purchase. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item for the same product, please send an email to hello@gleeandcoshop.us and ship the item to the following address: 1143 E 29th St, Los Angeles CA 90011, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before passing it to you, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.The delivery timeframe for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.For items valued over $75 being returned, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. gleeandcoshop cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked or insured.
